Last updated September 11, 2026. Digital software has different, fair rules from physical goods - here's exactly where we draw the line.
In short: if the software doesn't do what the product pages describe, we'll fix it or refund you. If you've downloaded the code, explored it, and simply changed your mind, a refund generally isn't available - that's the standard, fair line for downloadable source code.
Once you've downloaded the full source code, you have permanent access to everything of value in the purchase - there's no way to "return" knowledge of how the code works the way you'd return a physical product. Because of this, our refund policy is based on whether the product matches what was described, not on a no-questions-asked change of mind.
Refund requests under these conditions must be made within 14 days of purchase.
If you purchased a tier that includes us installing the software on your hosting, and we have already completed that installation work, the labor portion of that service is non-refundable once delivered - the software license itself still follows the policy above.
Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days. If your request qualifies under Section 2, we'll process the refund to your original payment method - refund processing times depend on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and you're expected to stop using the Software in production and delete any deployed copies. Continued use of the Software after a refund has been issued is a violation of the license terms.
