In short: you pay once, you get the full source code, you can use it on the number of domains your tier allows, and it's yours to keep and modify. We don't take a cut of what your platform earns. There's no subscription to cancel because there isn't one.
A license to use, install, and modify the LaunchCrowdFund source code ("the Software") for the purpose of operating your own crowdfunding platform. You are buying a license to the code, not a managed service - we do not host, operate, or have access to your installation unless you separately purchase installation assistance under the Launch Ready or Full Launch tiers.
Your license permits installation on the number of production domains specified by the tier you purchased (Self-Starter: 1 domain, Launch Ready: 3 domains, Full Launch: unlimited domains). Staging and local development copies used solely to support a licensed production domain are not counted separately. You may modify the source code freely for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software itself as a competing product or script.
All license tiers include the full application source code, the web install wizard, all three AI features (bring your own API key), and the complete SEO stack, as described on the Features page. Third-party costs are not included: Stripe processing fees, your own hosting, your domain registration, and any AI provider API usage costs are all separate and billed directly to you by those providers.
Self-Starter includes 6 months of update access from date of purchase; Launch Ready includes 12 months; Full Launch includes lifetime updates. Updates are made available for download through your Members Area account. We are not obligated to build custom features into general updates - custom work is handled as a separate paid engagement through our customization team.
Support scope and duration depends on your tier, as described on the Pricing page. Support covers helping you get a stock, unmodified installation running correctly. It does not cover debugging custom code you or a third-party developer added to your installation.
The Software is provided to help you operate a crowdfunding platform; it is not a guarantee of any funding, revenue, or business result. You are responsible for your own compliance with local laws regarding crowdfunding, payment processing, taxation, and consumer protection in your jurisdiction - these vary significantly by country and we do not provide legal advice.
The Software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to lost revenue or data loss on your own server. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Because this is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, there is nothing to "cancel." Your license to use the code you've already downloaded is perpetual. We reserve the right to refuse future sales or support to anyone who violates the redistribution terms in Section 2.
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter the license terms of a purchase you've already made.
